I have two rooms for rent in San Marcos. One is $900 and the other is $800. It's 4 miles driving distance from CSUSM. I'm a student. I don't party or drink. 

I live quietly and cleanly. I'm looking for roommates. All utilities are paid. There is onsite free laundry and internet.

It's a nice house. I just fixed it up. Everything works well. There is a lot of common area. It is furnished. I'll be adding more things to it. 

The actual rooms however are not furnished. There is a huge back yard and a furnished deck. I can answer any questions you have.
