Must be vaccinated, non-smoking and drug free. I work at home, and use the 2nd bedroom as an office.

Common areas are fully furnished.

The room that is available is the Master bedroom- an unfurnished ensuite with a private bathroom(shower).

There is lots of closet and storage space.

There is full access to the living room and kitchen with granite counters and updated stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven). There are hardwood floors throughout except for the bedrooms. There is a laundry facility in the condo unit. Secured parking is provided with a tandem carport.

The complex is gated with remote and code access. Edward Vincent Park is right across the street.

Local stores are nearby (Ralph's and Vons) The rent is $/mo. Utilities (gas, electric and internet) are shared. The landlord pays for water, HOA and trash.
